Good location in the center of Goreme

Perfectly located in Goreme, very convenient to all the amenities. The room was great and ideal with a big bed and AC. The hotel staff a very friendly, and make sure you book your balloon ride very early and from the reception, as I saved £100. Also, book the RED and GREEN tours at the hotel, I found it was cheaper too 😊 the rooftop area is brilliant for breakfast and dinner 🥰

Staff were helpful and kind, both before arrival and during my stay. Room was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and bottled water, plus TV and air conditioning. Lovely little toiletries in the bathroom and slippers. The terrace are beautiful and definitely best in all of Goreme for views!! Location is good and central. They didn't have availability for 2 nights so I moved to a different property for my second night. The price was cheaper but it wasn't good, staff didn't care and terrace was bad. I wish I had stayed at Henna both nights!

Service was exceptional. Staff were helpful, right from booking an airport transfer, making reservations for attractions and attending to our needs. We were given room 318 which in my opinion was the best deluxe room they had. Although a cave hotel, everything was very clean and cosy, we loved staying in to retreat from the hot sun. Breakfast was the same daily but sufficient. Unfortunately we did not get to witness the view of hot air balloons at the rooftop as there were no flights during our stay - not a fault of the hotel. Location is near the main streets of Goreme with lots of dining options nearby.

Unforgettable Experience in Göreme Our stay in Göreme was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of this incredible experience was due to the hotel where we stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an extremely welcoming and attentive team, who did everything to make us feel at home. The hotel itself is a true paradise in Cappadocia. The place is simply perfect, with architecture that reflects the beauty and uniqueness of the region. Every detail has been carefully thought out to provide comfort and an authentic atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and decorated in a style that perfectly matches the local environment. Additionally, the view from the terrace is breathtaking, with stunning landscapes that make you feel like you’re in a dream. The breakfast deserves special mention. A variety of fresh, local flavors made up a delicious meal that prepared us for exploring all the beauty that Cappadocia has to offer. We would like to give special thanks to the cleaning staff, who were absolutely impeccable. The housekeepers were discreet, efficient, and extremely attentive. Every day, we returned to an impeccably clean room, with special touches that really made us feel cared for. Their dedication is evident in every detail. We also can’t forget to mention Vedat, one of the waiters at the hotel. His friendliness, professionalism, and readiness to assist made all the difference. He always had a smile on his face and was willing to help us with anything we needed. Beyond the impeccable facilities, the service was simply exemplary. The team was always ready to help with tips, organize tours, and ensure that our experience was the best it could be. The care and kindness of everyone made us feel more than just guests, but true friends. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cappadocia, we highly recommend this hotel. The combination of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return!
